How long can I leave cargo in Wicklow?	The maximum storage period is 5 working days. There is no free undercover storage period. All cargo lies at the owners risk in all respects, who should make adequate insurance arrangements.
What are normal port working hours?	08.00hrs to 17.00hrs. – Monday to Thursday. 08.00hrs to 16.00hrs on Fridays.
What are the requirements for collecting cargo?	Ensure transport operator has adequate documentation and proper handling equipment to secure load (eg. Straps and timber skids).
What is the latest time for collection of cargo?	16.00hrs – Monday to Thursday 15.00hrs – Friday
How can I check my stock balance?	Register on line, where you will be provided with a password, which will enable you to receive stock information.
What are the credit terms?	All charges fall due for payment on the day cargo is handled. Credit terms may be arranged with our accounts department.
How do I arrange transport of my cargo with Conways?	Contact the Dispatch Office who will be happy to make arrangements for delivery of your cargo.
How do I know if my cargo is ready for collection?	You need to ensure that cargo is cleared, by contacting our office prior to making arrangements for collection.
